Is Transio a law firm?
No. Transio is a technology platform. We build and provide document preparation tools — not legal services. For legal advice, use our attorney-supervised track where a licensed immigration attorney takes responsibility for your case.
Do I need an attorney for EB-1A or EB-2 NIW?
No. Both are self-petition categories — USCIS permits you to file as your own petitioner without an attorney. Transio prepares the documents. You review them and file. An attorney review add-on is available if you want additional assurance.
How does the O-1 agent structure work?
Under 8 CFR 214.2(o)(2), an O-1 petition can be filed by a US agent acting on your behalf. Transio LLC acts as that statutory agent — we prepare and file the I-129. You don't need an employer or separate attorney for this track.
What is the AI actually doing?
