Not legal advice
All content, tools, checklists, AI-generated narratives, eligibility scores, and risk assessments provided by Transio are for general informational and document-preparation purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.
Immigration law is complex and fact-specific. The appropriateness of any visa category, filing strategy, or petition content depends on your individual circumstances. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed immigration attorney before filing any immigration petition.
AI-generated content
Transio uses artificial intelligence to generate draft petition narratives, eligibility assessments, and risk analyses. All AI-generated content is labelled as a DRAFT and is provided for your review only. AI output is never filed automatically. You are responsible for reviewing all content before use.
AI models can make errors. Content may be inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. Always have AI-generated immigration content reviewed by a licensed attorney before filing.
The three service tracks
Self-Petition Track (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, E-2): Transio prepares document drafts for visa categories where USCIS permits self-filing. You are the petitioner. Transio is a technology service provider. The service agreement you sign is a technology-services contract, not an attorney engagement letter.
O-1 Agent Track: Under 8 CFR 214.2(o)(2), Transio LLC may act as a US statutory agent for O-1 petitions. In this capacity, Transio prepares and files the I-129 on your behalf as your agent — not as your attorney. No attorney-client relationship is created.
Attorney-Supervised Track: Cases assigned to a licensed immigration attorney create an attorney-client relationship between you and that attorney (not Transio). Transio provides technology infrastructure only.
No guarantee of outcomes
Transio makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of approval of any immigration petition. Immigration decisions are made by USCIS, US consular officers, and other government agencies, whose decisions are entirely independent of Transio.
