This Privacy Policy explains how Transio Ltd. collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We take privacy seriously — particularly given the sensitive nature of immigration information.
Data we collect
- Name, email address, and contact information you provide via forms
- Documents you upload to your Transio vault (passports, certificates, financial records)
- Visa type and immigration goals you indicate
- Usage data collected by PostHog analytics (anonymised page views and events)
How we use your data
- To provide and improve the Transio platform
- To generate AI-assisted petition drafts using your uploaded documents
- To communicate with you about your waitlist position, case status, and platform updates
- To comply with legal obligations
Data security
All documents uploaded to Transio are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Document access is restricted to you and any attorney you explicitly assign to your case. We use Supabase (SOC 2 Type II certified) for data storage.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email privacy@transio.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
