Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2026
By using Transio you agree to these Terms. The most important thing to understand: Transio is a technology platform, not a law firm. Using Transio does not create an attorney-client relationship.
What Transio is
Transio is a software platform that helps individuals prepare immigration documents. We are a technology provider. We do not practise law, give legal advice, or represent clients before USCIS, immigration courts, or any other government body (except where acting as a statutory O-1 agent under 8 CFR 214.2(o)(2), which is explicitly not a legal representation).
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide
- You must review all AI-generated content before use or filing
- You must consult a licensed attorney for legal advice
- You must not submit false information in any immigration petition
Limitation of liability
Transio is not liable for any immigration decision, denial, delay, or adverse outcome arising from your use of this platform. Immigration decisions are made by government agencies entirely independent of Transio.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
